Melodia was started in May 2007 by German
trainer Becky. She has been trained for short periods every year since. Late
2009 Karen from Iceland got her in shape and pushed her training much further,
just touching on basic pace training. We've used her to do gait demonstrations
at our open days this year where she performed beautifully for the crowds.
Melodia has also been ridden by a number of different riders at various clinics
we've held.
When in training she has a lot of lovely
energy and power and is extremely rewarding to work with.
Although she could be ridden just for pleasure
she has heaps of potential and would make an extremely fun project for someone
who wants to take her much further.
Here are a few images of her, in various
states of fitness ... she looks amazing when she's kept in work.
