Self drive tour to our little " shop" at the Shaw River Buffalo Cheese Factory in Yambuk where we'll be giving a talk and cheese tasting. Learn about the Haldane Familys adventures with Tuna fishing, importing alpacas, starting Australias first Water Buffalo Milking herd and cheese factory as well as the lcelandic Horses - and their other fabulous adventures.

There will be cheese tastings and an opportunity to buy some cheeses straight from the source.
