So I got a super opportunity to talk to Ute from the Equestrian Adventuresses Podcast a few months ago. She lives in Udaipur, India and has a horse farm and trail riding business. Felt a little surreal doing a Skype call for an interview between the two countries but of course we had lots of fun and had a great chat on and off "air".
