Horses, farm life and nature have an amazing way of teaching us so many things about ourselves that we can take away and use in our everyday lives. Some of the things we could work on are : Boundaries, Mindfulness, Energy, Leadership, Resilience, Self Awareness, New Skills, Communication, Horsemanship ... plus much more. Amy has been facilitating learning experiences with the Icelandic Horses for many years and is now opening space for private one on one sessions for Adults and young people. Min age 10 years old ( must be accompanied by an adult) Although this is a private session you are most welcome to bring with you a support person if this makes life easier for you. ( no charge for support person) Additionally if you have a client whom you think would benefit please get in touch to discuss. All activities take place on the ground ( no riding).
